I recently purchased a used X Trail with finance through a 3rd party. I received exceptional attention by various members on the sales and finance teams from the initial visit, to test drive and finally collection. I was not disappointed in any way through the whole process and on collection the car was covered in a black drape before being revealed. It had been prepared to a very high standard.
I look forward to the first service in 5 months time and have no reason to believe the experience will be any less satisfactory.
