How boring that my life now consists of writing reviews of conference centers... that's what this place is. As far as that goes, it was actually very nice. Clean, not too big and not too small for our group of about 1,000 attendees. It could have held many more. Rooms were clean and relatively easy to find, but the place was something of a maze like most of these places are. Maybe it was the set up for our conference, but there didn't seem to be ready food available on-site, and in downtown Grand Rapids that was a bit inconvenient as the streets weren't lined with eateries the way many larger cities are. Still, I like the event space and its location right next to the river and the rapids, too.
