I worked for a business who used this outfit and we signed up with WNDirect the first quarter of 2015. We used them for around 12 months. I have got to say that this was by far the worst carrier we have ever used. They lost a LOT of shipments of ours. Took responsibility for none of it until we literally forced them to by with-holding payment. The even bigger issue we had with them was the totally incorrect charging of duties as the delivery service to our end customer was DDP. They were literally charging us twice and three times +++ over and above the rate of duty for the relevant commodity code. They were charging us multiple times for the same shipment. In the end, we decided we had no choice but to stop using them as they were destroying our international business. They are the most unprofessional and useless outfit ever. Their customer services dont care and will dismiss your enquiry at any given opportunity. They deliberately make your life extremely difficult. I urge any retailer who is even thinking of considering WN Direct to stay well away. WN Direct threatened to take us to court at the end but we settled with them outside of court as i just could not be bothered to put up a fight with these bullies. Save your business, save your reputation, use a proper courier.
