I have attended this hotel roughly 6 years in a row during a week in July for a convention. The staff are friendly and polite when dealing with them as well the area is very clean, bedrooms, pool and hallways. I find the restaurant attached are fantastic for late night meals!

Issues I have is that communication between staff is terrible. I was charged $18.00 and well did other people for parking that none of us understood why. Questioned they didn't understand why but wanted me to pay cash or credit for it when I said no they seemed ok with it and brushes it off, i found out later that someone on staff hand written something and staff mistakenly thought they had to charge.

Another issue is when requesting a wheelchair. My girlfriend had leg surgery two weeks ago and was on crutches but managed to get around. When asking about a wheelchair they explained they only had one and it was signed out for the weekend, I found it hard to believe they only had one wheelchair for the hotel and it was signed out.

When a friend went to book himself in, delayed by a day due to airlines the hotel was told before about the changes and said it would be fine. The staff member explained they had given the room away due to him "no showing" the day he was suppose to check in. We explained that we got confirmation by a member on their staff through email that it was fine but the staff member kept saying they had given the room up and there wasnt anything they could do.
