A lot of empty promises. Tried to refinance with them on two different occasions. They finally tell me that nothing else is needed but the appraisal. So I pay for the appraisal and guess what? It fell right through. They just keep needing more and more and more information, turning into an endless cycle. When they are done with you they simply stop answering the phone or returning your phone calls. Extremely unprofessional. I specifically told the broker that I was not paying for an appraisal until all my ducks were in a row. Got screwed anyway.
