I've had some not-so-good experiences in auto service departments but I sure have no complaints about the service we recieved at Crown Honda. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend your service department to other Honda owners. Josh Herald, our service advisor, was great to work with, understood our repair parameters (on older cars fix what has to be fixed for safety and operational security and don't worry about the window dressing stuff) and saw to it that what needed to be done got done. And at a reasonable price (I think). Good experience......
