Horrendous company, had furniture picked up on 6/2...

Horrendous company, had furniture picked up on 6/27. Customer service kept assuring it would reach the NE distribution center shortly. After countless emails they finally said it just reached their center in California (where the item was picked up) on 7/23. Tell me how it takes a month from Santa Barbara to their warehouse in Mira Loma. Now its August 5th with no delivery in sight, and zero compensation to me. If from the beginning they stated that deliveries due to the pandemic would be pushed back over a month I would have at least appreciated the communication, but instead the customer service representatives lie continuously. WILL NEVER USE/recommend this company, I will be contacting the furniture store I bought from to let them know to never use this company again.
