Used this service for a trip to Scotland for my wife and best friend. When they got to their hotel, they were told the agency had canceled their reservation and they were full. Agency stated it was an accident and they would try and fix it. How do you acidently cancel every hotel for over a week period? Dont use these people. They clearly either have no idea what they are doing or have a dumbass working there. Nothing like flying over 12 hours to find out you have nowhere to stay.
