Hotel was as expected but the service was just hor...

Hotel was as expected but the service was just horrible. Almost 2 hours to check in at 10:00pm on a Wednesday with maybe 10 or 15 people in line in front if me. Breakfast at denny's was more of the same. The employees where more busy trying to tell the people lined up outside the empty restaurant that it is gonna be a 20 to 30 min wait to be seated then actually working towards eventually serving (the incorrect) food.
