I have been going here at least once a month for nearly four years and it is one of the best facilities the VA has to offer, especially compared to others. I love the doctor's there and over all the staff department are great. I see the lab and pharmacy as well as occasionally the travel personnel. They are all really friendly and professional and willing to go out of their way to help. In many, many ways I prefer this clinic to temple. The only complaint I have right now would be that my travel pay has constantly been wrong for about six months now and you only have about a 50/50 shot of getting a star bucks coffee there. They need to enlist a schedule to clean the coffee machine when it's not peak coffee drinking times. I went there this morning and they told me they were "cleaning the coffee machine, we haven't done it in a really long time". First of all gross, second of all, do it at the end of the day. It's not the first time they have lost my business for coffee sales. Before I think it was there was no one there who knew how to do it. Anyways, if you're still reading this, the behavioral health clinic is great and the pharmacy is really fast and I love them!
