I hate to write negative reviews, and I REALLY wanted to like BOP as they deliver, but my first experience has been anything but positive. I dropped off an Rx and purchased an approx $6 item on Tues. I thought the total was high but assumed I was charged for the prescription as well. I also asked for the Rx to be delivered to my elderly relative, which they assured would happen on Thurs- which was fine. I got home and realized they had charged me $33 for my $6 item, so I had to go back to the store to get the refund. Thursday came and went with no prescription delivery. Friday morning I called at 9:00 inquiring where the rx was and was told the delivery was overlooked and was assured that the rx would be delivered by 11:00. By 1:00 PM, still no sign of the rx. I left a vmail (was unable to talk to a live person) and have now been waiting over an hour to get a return call. The person I talked with said they have been very busy since the Manor's pharmacy has closed. I am sympathetic to that, however it seems like they should limit new customers until they can staff appropriately and insure quality. Over promising and under delivering is not a business model that is sustainable. I hope they are able to pull themselves together. In the mean time, buyer beware.
