Bought a used Q5 from them. The shopping experience was good. They let you on your own to go and look at the cars and also just give the keys if you want to test drive. It really helped me and my wife to spend some time with the car and make the decision without a sales man consistently coming in the way. Once we wanted to move ahead, the next steps were reasonably hassle free as well. Overall, liked the experience.
We did find that the car we wanted had a windshield damage. They did offer to replace it for free in the coming week. I will update the review on their servicing side once we get the service done.

Update: They did the windshield upgrade.
