Rex has always been so kind and helpful. Unfortunately we purchased a vehicle last year that was a smokers car. I explained to the salesman that my son has severe allergies and we wanted to purchase a smoke-free vehicle. The car had a smell and the salesman stated the horrible smell was because the car had just arrived and had not been cleaned. We purchased the vehicle to later find cigarette burns in the vehicle and the smell never went away. I called Rex to express my concern and he did everything he could to try and get the horrible smell out and nothing worked. In the end he was able to sell us a smoke free vehicle that we love. He was so determined to rectify this situation and he did.
