DUI program employee's are not professional nor act professional. I've attempted to complete a first timer's course which is supposed to last 90 days, wow 6 month's later and I'm transferring over to ALTO, the staff repeatedly cancel class day's then try changing them to inconvenient times for the client,(but not for them) If the client however has an absence they bogusly charge a re-entry fee and if for any reason a staff member decides they don't like your opinions, well let's just say they kick you out and keep your money while sending a "Refund Check" for $7.... Good luck here - they don't care , if you want your license back I'd recommend taking your money elsewhere....Seriously.
