I would like for someone to come and check out what I need done because that's not my job but if so it'll come out of the rent.That sounds fair since I keep having to try all the time.I want a nice looking inside of the house like paint the walls wax the floor change the furniture up you know comfy my own.I've been in this house too long been doing something new it all the time now I'm down to waxing and painting.I would just like some real assistance because I'm know stranger to hard work.So if you could call me or I'll be callling again about work I had to do.Sounds fair to me.And was still paying my rent on time from then until now.But I'm doing work in that should out of the rent.
