Bought 2 cars here. Faith was my sales person. She found the car I went there for, got it off the showroom floor and we took it for a drive. Got back and before I hit the chair she had me financed. After a little negotiation we had settled on a price. Noticed there were a few issues that needed to be fixed to the car, they took care of it right away. Faith even delivered the car to me while I was at work. The experience was great!!! Thanks Faith.

The sales guy Cleveland was exceptional. He went over and beyond to find the right vehicle that we could afford at the right moment Although the one picked was not in our price range he kept at it until we could work out a deal. He will never turn a customer away even if their credit said otherwise. He will find something. Great personality. Kind and friendly. Will get many of referrals from me. His kindness so us on a new vehicle Also. Forgot to mention he knows and explains in detail about purchases.

Test drove a baaad machine the other day, couldn't come to an agreeable price satisfying to both buy or seller. Trey was great, very informative and knowledgeable, wish I could have made a deal and gave him the sale. I'm still looking and may actually be back. 3 stars were given do to selection, inventory and prices.

I asked for multiple call backs and no one ever called me back. I think Sam was her name. I m not the person who leaves bad reviews because I try seeing the positive in everything. She was very rude. She called to tell me the price quote of at the lowest $3400 to fix my car. She didn t offer to tell me about payment arrangements until I had to do some digging then call her and ask her about it. That should be apart of the job. If you re going to tell someone they need a whole new engine I m sorry but most people aren t going to have $3400 sitting around and then on top of it she never called me back if I had any questions. So I had my car removed from there and Jake Sweeney will NEVER get my business again. It s not like you all care but I ll do my best to make sure all my friends and family know that your dealership is all about how much you all make. You don t care about your customers or what they re going through.
