Worthless! Making mistakes is human, but they clearly do not take responsibility at Woonstede. If they pass on meter readings / keep an eye on people, I have had to pay extra, while this year's meter reading is still lower than the reading they have given in the previous period. Apologies? No, it is not! Are there any problems with the neighbors (children kicking when you walk by, slamming doors, screaming / yelling in the porch, neighbor who aggressively stands in front of you etc) you get the answer please contact neighborhood mediation (And that several times in many years). Do not state on the site that your home must be something safe, or a placard with house rules and then do nothing with it if there is a complaint. And so more examples. I think having a normal conversation about it seems impossible, it is never their fault with the experiences I have.

The employees who do come (show up) if something is broken are friendly and do a good job!
