Hi, I m absolutely furious! Dealing with this company is a nightmare. Over a month ago my husband received a ticket for parking at the nearest restaurant when this actually never happened. First of all behind the restaurant is our driveway so we use the parking to get to our house but never park there! Secondly our house is based 30 meters from that place so it would be crazy to drive to that restaurant and leave the car! A month ago we sent a letter back that we need to see a proof as we never parked there. Since then we received another letter with increased fees to pay and no explanation! Someone should deal with this company as it s absolutely ridiculous!

I ve tried to use the appeal website but for some reason it s showing that details are not correct! Me and my husband both tried on our phones and a laptop and still the same message! We ve got a letter in front of us can we send it to someone so you could make an appeal for us?!
