We had a great experience selling our home with Janice. She knows what she is doing, the area well, and her experience comes out in every interaction. There are three things that stand out from the experience. One, she knows the market, the area, and how to sell a home. Janice is an expert. She knows every detail of what it takes to sell and what can push your home to the front of a buyers list. Two, Janice is very prompt and responsive. No matter the time or the place she responds promptly and appropriately. My wife and I had a TON of questions that she was always happy to answer. Finally, she has it ALL covered. What I mean by that is everything needed in the process to sell your home she has in house or within a close partnership. Whether it be pictures, home repairs, or marketing; she has it completely covered and a specialist on her team to take care of it. I was blown away with the team and their ability to have all bases covered at all times. I highly recommend Janice and appreciated her honest expertise. She gets it sold and fast.
