The SDA courier cannot guarantee delivery of the package from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm on Rome. The package tracking service is practically useless it is not possible in any way to contact the delivery carrier, reports to the SDA Customer Care are useless in the sense that if the time slot is requested 8:30 am to 4:30 pm on Rome they fail to report it on their system and to the carrier they deliver as there is territorial dispatching and therefore they say they have no direct contact. I would say the SDA needs a review of the delivery management processes.
