Long story short, flight was booked in 30/Aug/19, ...

Long story short, flight was booked in 30/Aug/19, through Malaysia Airlines, not a third party.
Was told on the 30/Oct (2 days before departure) that there was not enough time between connecting flights and I have to catch the next flight (causing a 13 hour layover, missing work, having to book a hotel (that MA will not cover)).

The Airline will not send an email/letter to reflect this so I can claim through insurance (as this admits fault or error in system) nor have they even offered a lounge pass for my inconvenience. Pathetic.
