Gouged me. My flight was cancelled. American Airlines connected me with TOURICO to get a hotel. Rep said it was 4 star, charged me $120. Got to the hotel, not a 4 star. Got on hotel website, its $70 a night. Kid on phone said TOURICO isnt a price matching company. What? Emailed American Airlines to reconsider doing business with such poorly rated company. Reputation matters. Florida attorney general is next. Overkill? Yep. Hope the $50 was worth it.
