I ve stayed here twice. Nice hotel, not as great as other ritz Carleton s. However booking a room here is a joke. I just spent the last 18 minutes trying to make a reservation. I got bounced around multiple times from the front desk to random automated systems that either don t work or have no one that answers phones. When you re paying $1000 a night, it should be easy to make a reservation. I won t be staying here anymore.
