I had high hopes for Plant Design Group after reading their Google reviews. My experience however, was quite the opposite from what I d expected. I had a very unprofessional experience with Plant Design Group. Contacted them for an estimate for a fairly large project. They called me back pretty quickly and one of the first questions the woman Antionette , asked me was What s your budget ?. I explained that I didn t really have a budget but had a sizable project and had no idea what price range the project would fall in. That s why I was getting estimates. She told me I first had to have a video call with a design specialist. A week later, I had a video call with Caleb. I went through what I was looking for, showed him the property, and was told he d be out 3 days later to take measurements and photos. Well, almost two weeks passed and I never heard anything from Plant Design Group. Caleb never called or showed up. I emailed Antionette and told her I didn t hear back from anyone and that I ended up going with another company for the job (because they actually showed up). Her response was I hope your yard comes out nice and you enjoy your property. I guess business is going good for them. Glad they re able to blow off potential business. Especially during this tough time when a lot of businesses are struggling.
