The lobby was nice and warm. The night staff was as helpful as he could be. But, we had no heat in our room. When questioning the night staff about the heat, he offered us a space heater due the heat being out in all the rooms. He stated someone should have told us about the heat. When we checked in, no one told us the heat was not working. We would have stayed somewhere else if we had known. There is no manager on duty for the night or for emergencies according to the night staff. The rooms are not well kept. The paint is peeling off the wall. The cover was dirty. I would not recommend this hotel!
