Horrible experience with the front desk. I have stayed plenty of times in the past with excellent experiences. This time, the front desk receptionist, John, was nothing but short and rude. I thanked him and just walked out, cancelling my plans to stay the evening. Absolutely unprofessional. I had enjoyed my night on 4th Street Live and was in a fantastic mood. I was not loud or obnoxious to him. I was polite and noticed he seemed tired. He had a short attitude towards my wife and i as soon as he saw us. I said to him smile and he immediately became angry. I was polite and told him nevermind. Hyatt is great but the receptionist was absolutely rude.
