Well I have been in here as a patient since Tuesday on the 5th floor and I have to say the staff has been great all except for one nurse. It's unprofessional for a nurse to argue with a patient and trying to get the last word over something simple. So I get up walk around to stretch my legs because they don't allow patients to go outside because of safety reasons and I understand that, so I'm walking down the hall way and one of the nurse said I'm not allowed to walk down this hallway because it's for patients that just got out of surgery. I complied with the rules and i told her okay I understand, but yet the nurse kept on grumbling about it after I said ok. I told her I got it the first time but she wouldn't leave it alone i guess she wanted the last word and try to have some type of power over me. Now having word for word with a patient is not professional and having a attitude after I told or her okay. In my opinion that nurse acted like a five year old trying to get her way and how she conducted herself is a embarrassment to herself and the hospital she works at. This is the reason why I gave a rating of one star. The other members of the staff I would rate them five stars. I can truly say the other nurses are beautiful people and I thank them for what they do. I'll give two stars . Nurse Harmon has some type of attitude towards me and she does not want to assist me what's so ever i will be filing a complaint with the state medical board and I will contacting my family's attorney. A official complaint will be filed as of Monday morning concerning her conduct . A law suit might just happen. The funny part it's always the night crew with the attitude problems not all of them but few of them. The charge nurse needs to be more in charge for as disciplinary actions and take responsibility for his nurses actions. And yes I did have a little attitude because it sucks waiting to find out if you have cancer or not so for give me if it's a heavy burden on me. And having a nurse not wanting to do their job is extra stress on me. My attorney will be in contact with California state medical board and the hospital. To be more specific the day day shift nurses are . The day shift has a loving, caring attitude in my book there is not enough stars in the world i can give but my gratitude.

My final review 3 out five stars. Today is my last day here in the hospital 4/3/18 and I must the problems that I was having were addressed so I have to give up to Danielle and the floor director thank you for the fast response. After everything is said and done this hospital has great potential to be great again back to it's glory days. Despite very few problems over all the nurses were great. The fast response by the floor director and Danielle quickly solved all problems and I would like to say thank you. To all the nurses in the day shift my heart go's out to you guys. The level of care provided was over and beyond your duties not just with me but the other patients as well luv you guys. Now the night shift, the night shift has turned its self around but some work is still needed but it has improved so I do have to give some credit . Overall things did get better, so now I hope they will improve and build and stay consistent. This will happen if the night charge nurse takes better control of the floor and I have that confidence he will do that.
