Great Service. Remember to bring your laptop to keep working if needed, as the waiting area is well furnished with work stations. The waiting time wasn't that long but it could be a great place to continue work with fewer office interruptions. Wish I had brought mine. This is a drive up service right to their service entry garage door. However, pull close enough so the sensor will detect your car and open. Great service and I would highly recommend them for servicing your Lincoln.
