Selling & Purchasing a home is a stressful experience, especially when you are dealing with both sides at the same time. It is so hard to keep straight what documents need to be signed, what is owed, what is owed to you, reading the legal terms and so much more.

Robert Patterson and the entire team at Artesian Title did such an amazing job for my husband and I. I cannot thank them enough for being extremely responsive, answering all of the questions we had and making the process so much less stressful.

We had used Artesian Title on our re-finance a couple years ago on referral from our realtor. When it came time to sell our home it was a pleasure to find out that our realtor Kris from Keller Williams had such a great team of people that he worked with which still included Artesian Title.

On the sale of our home we were dealing with buyers who did not have a Realtor for a first time home purchase/ decided to use a friend. Artesian did an amazing job of guiding the buyer and jumping in with knowledge when the buyers needed it.

Artesian Title do not miss a thing and the turn around time on reviewing documents was amazing! People talk about closing and how cumbersome it was. For the sale of our home, we didn't even have to be there. They took care of everything and it was all set. Talk about stress free!
