This is not my first time here, but I can report that quality of the service and the wings are getting worse and worse. This visit was no different. The staff refused to take us to our reserved seats until 75% of the people had arrived" and because we were so many we had to wait outside in the blistering heat. Then they escorted us to this little dungeon like room in the back where the music was blaring and the waitress pretty much forgot all about us. As a matter of fact, a couple of people had to leave without being able to order. Once the waitress graced us with her presence, she refused to take our orders until the last person arrived. We practically had to demand that she take our order, which only made her more sour and snippy, but she reluctantly took our orders. We saw her maybe 3 times the entire night, but when the time came to pay our bills, a troup of them came to take our money. I will never go there again. There are tons of other wing places that are willing to take my money, where the staff and the product are of much better quality. If I could have given it a zero I would have.
