Dropped off my 2010 Prius for maintenance when I picked my new 2020 Prius at Toyota of Abilene. My service advisor, Layton Norris, met me as I pulled into the service area and quickly got everything squared away. Layton stayed in touch via text. When I picked up my vehicle Layton handled everything including payment. It s great to not have to make multiple stops to pick up your vehicle from a maintenance visit.
