It amazes me how automated your responses are Franklin square. Are you taking these postings seriously ? If you were, I believe you would of fired the entire ER management team and seriously embarked on improving such a tarnished image of the ER service you provide. Do you not allow your ER staff a place to eat ? Or is it part of the image you wish to portray to your patrons and patients ? I wonder what the local news would think when they show up in your ER unexpected for a story ! Wake up ! Fire that horrid management team and turn yourself into a "real" ER. I had to hit a star just to post but in reality you are a negative star rating.
