Tosler Davis is an incredible salon. Beautiful, airy and exceptional quality of service. Patty Mocarski has been my stylist for nearly 10 years and is truly the best - love her on both a personal and professional level. She has transformed my hair and made it infinitely healthier and more manageable - gives the most beautiful blowouts and even did my hair on my wedding day.
