We waited in line for an hour just to find out we were on the wrong side of the building. No one told us there was a specific entrance to drop off lost dogs. They didn t ask while waited, nor acknowledged our presence in line. Yes, there is a sign OF TO THE SIDE WHERE NO ONE LOOKS by the front door that says animal receiving but it s SMALL. On top of that, when we got to the correct place they made us wait AGAIN to get in contact with the owners because thankfully the dog had a chip. After sitting and waiting another 15-20 min, the lady finally told us that she had to CALL. Then said they said to take a message so she would just take the dog and try to contact the owners later.

All in all. Poor since of directions as to where to receive what service. And lack of priority to guest. I will give them credit these are volunteers, but more time should be spent to train them to be decent.
