Business here, after using them for 3 years. They really screwed up. Keep in mind businesses depend on their delivery times. I was told I am receiving my shipment(2 packages) on Monday. Monday came and I got only 1 package. I inquired about the 2nd package, I was blatantly lied to and said it was stuck in customs, even though I already paid customs. The tracking showed that both packages arrived at the delivery facility, but the driver picked up only 1. Which is horrible service, and I will not be using them anymore. I lost worth $100s of dollars of business.

I think I need to relax, that's why im going fededx.
