I've been in multiple times and every time I walk in I get glared at by at least 2 employees. They sigh and act like it's such a big deal when I tell them what I need exactly. Like sorry for making you do your job. The only way you will get good service from these people is if you're over 60 and spend a bunch of money religiously there. I don't even want to spend a dollar there with the poor poor service I receive constantly. I don't recommend going there if you don't know exactly what you need (a.e proper fitting to match a thread pattern) cause if you ask them to help it's a big deal and they won't get you the right part. Just be prepared to be treated poorly when you visit this establishment if you are under the age of 60.
