I've never experienced worse service at a big stor...

I've never experienced worse service at a big store like this. We bought a stove on the 7th/11/20. While making the purchase, we told the salesman that we wouldn't be able to take the stove on the same day and that I'd pick up on another day. The salesman said it's okay and that the "office" dept would give me a day to collect. At the office they said that if I don't collect by a certain date, I'll get a refund because they can't keep my stock in store for too long. The sales people only care about the sale.
I went to pick up on the 9th. I'm not from Durban and I had a few things to do other than collect. When I got to Makro, no one knows where my original invoice is (which they keep) .. finally, they found the invoice and still made me wait for them to bring it to me. I got late and wasted a trip to Durban. I could have done everything else I needed to in the time that they made me wait.. but I asked the guy there how long they'd be and he said 10 min. And I was there for over 30. Again, finally after getting my stuff ready, the same salesman that assisted us on the 7th, comes towards me with the trolley carrying my stove... he literally pushed the trolley to the door and said sir this is where my duties end. They gave me the trolley at the door to load a R12 000 stove myself. I was amazed at how pathetic customer service could get
