Was here after they first opened and everything was great if a bit pricey. Went again yesterday. Not too impressed. My mother ordered her steak well done. Came out med and was very tough. I ordered my steak med rare. Also came out med..too cooked for my liking. My nephew ordered the ribs...not much sauce and were very dry..didnt taste very fresh. They were not very busy yet we couldn't seem to find our waitress to grab some straws for our drinks. And again when we were ready to leave, no waitress around for 15 mins. All in all i think something has definitely changed with this place....just an update here. Since ny review Mikes steakhouse has sent me a 50 dollar gift card to make up for the experience. I am very pleased that they care and took the time to do this.
