Melissa Lee Review of Stone Soup

My supervisor decided to order us some lunch on a chilly day in Florida and figured that soup would be the best option. I was interested in the Mama's Chicken Soup but strayed to the Pho because I love me some pho. We ordered this through Amazon and it arrive 1.5 hours later. Kinda crazy but thankfully we ordered at 10:30am so we weren't starving so it worked out there.
I must say, their rendition of "pho" is "different" and not in a good way either. There was no five spice broth, just a tomatoey broth with mushrooms and broken up noodles. I couldn't get any noodles onto my fork, chopsticks or spoon. They were so broken up that I gave up. They also put the noodles and spices in the soup before they deliver it to you so maybe that's where the choppy noodles happened but it was not anything you could call pho.
I like that they have a variety of food on their menu but I think that also takes a lot of the quality away. I say stick to a restricted menu and make them quality. I will definitely not be having the pho anytime soon. I may try other items as they sounded and looked tasty but the pho here was definitely a miss.
I will update my review when I am able to try other things. As for now, it stands where it is.
