I just got off the phone with a Bivouac employee who, once again, went the extra mile right before (and even after) closing time to help me find what i need for a field trip to Wetlands around Detroit tomorrow morning. I have seen this team repair gear i bought elsewhere, help me find the perfect items in their store, and just generally make me feel they have my back with all outdoor and active wear needs for years.
