Excellent service! I went there on Friday for a couple of safety recalls but when I called they said they had to order the parts and it wouldn t be in until 5-7 days. I couldn t go without a car that long because I was returning back to work on Monday and needed a car to go to work so I called The Ford Company and spoke to a lady and she told me the recall didn t cover a rental car and to call the Ford dealership and ask for a courtesy rental so I called the dealership back and asked and the gentleman said if I could bring the car up there now that he would give me a rental and when I brought my car to the dealership and went to pick my rental up the service guy was real nice , he asked me was a Ford Exsport alright and I said anything will do, beggars can t be choosy! The car was actually ready on Tuesday but I couldn t pick it up until Thursday but I decided to leave work early on Wednesday and I went and picked my car up.I really appreciate everything they done for me.
