Update: they raised the prices 2 times in 6 months...

Update: they raised the prices 2 times in 6 months, and changed my packages unilaterally. MaxPack and HBO Go are also gone. Internet speed is a joke (theoretically 1000 Mbit/s, practically 1). Technical service is not helpful and arrogant. I m definitely cancelling my contract.


They just took out the 2 main sports channels of the basic package, which were included at the time of signing the contract. The only 2 channels I was interested in... When I asked what I can do, the answer was that I can either sue them, pay extra for the channels, or keep the contract without the channels.
I still can t believe they can just do something like this
