I cannot give enough kuddos to Donnie Cox, Mike, and their team. I was the event planner for a mutual client where Majestic tent provided a large tent, tables, chairs, dance floor, chandelier, and edison lights. They came out and set-up everything perfectly for this wedding however mother nature was not working with us. The day prior to the wedding the grounds were soaked and extremely muddy and it was apparent then that we were not going to be able to have the reception in the tent as planned. I called Donnie to explain the dillemma that we were in, because of their outstanding customer service they moved moutains to ensure that this bride's wedding day was not reuined. A team was sent back out to the venue to string the lights on the deck and even was able to move the chandelier. I am so appreciative of this and what what they did to help me ensure that the couple (especially the bride) was able to enjoy their wedding and still have use of some of the things that they paid for. if I could give more stars I would! A HUGE THANK YOU to Donnie, Mike and those two crew members that made it all happen!!!!!
