Appalled at poor service. 10yrs a member,first time I needed your help and left STRANDED . I Ran out of petrol on motorway 2miles from station, middle of winter -1deg, at night. My MOT 3days out of date, told #computersaysno nothing we can do, your in your own. #comonsense? Took 5hrs for friends to help me out.
