This store stands behind the furniture they sell! We purchased a sectional couch with feather and down pillows. Unfortunately, the feathers continued to migrate through the pillow lining and covers, making a constant mess. We figured it would eventually stop, but it never did...

Fast forward 5 years...the feathers were still an issue, but we figured we would contact Norwood Furniture anyway to see if there was a recall we missed or something. Phil responded immediately and scheduled an appointment at our home to assess the issue. He agreed that it was a problem that needed to be fixed.

However, the manufacturer of our couch had since gone out of business, so we were out of luck, right? WRONG!!! Phil did some legwork and found out that some of the employees of the original manufacturer started their own company and manufactured a similar couch. Norwood immediately ordered (and paid for) new down proof ticking pillow liners and delivered them to our house. Problem solved! Amazing store! Amazing people! Amazing service! Thank you!!!
