Outrageous as an online shopping platform! I bought a table on March 13, 2020, it arrived defective on April 29. Upon receipt of this table, I asked for the return. Today is already July, the table was taken a month ago, the status of my return on their site is still "return validated", no refund! During this period, I sent them several emails and called them several times too, each time it's the same response: under investigation, we get back to you as soon as possible. Once the customer service lady told me anyway since I already sent the email two days before, I had to wait 14 days if still no return I would eventually be able to call them.

I have nothing to say in front of this after-sales service.
