We used Jack's to install 15 of our 33 windows. Some of the window sashes warped after a couple years. They did replace the sashes, but it took months of calling to get them to act. Some of the warped sashes they would not replace because when a 200 pound man could struggle and bear all his weight down on the sash, it would still lock.

So now here we are a few years later, and those that they wouldn't replace before can no longer can be locked by the 200 pound man bearing his entire weight on the sash, so they have finally agreed to replace the sashes. The man they sent came in August. It is now Dec 2nd. We have made NUMEROUS calls to get the sash replacement scheduled, and we get a constant list of excuses. "So and so isn't in today", "we can't find you in our system", "the rep checked your windows and they were fine", "now which windows needed replacement?", "we'll call you back". This is the vicious cycle we get everytime we call.

Their customer service is just plain bad. They may eventually back up their product in the end, but it takes a lot of work to get them to follow up on their "guaranteed" products. And they clearly hope you'll get frustrated and just go away.
