After dealing with some issues, the Sandman refund...

After dealing with some issues, the Sandman refunded 50% of my room rate to compensate for the issues we had. I was also told that they found the issue with the pipes and the water would be fixed.

The stay itself wasnt great but I am pleased that they did follow up and make an effort to make things right.

I may give them a second chance in the future.

- NO HOT WATER
- CHARGED FOR PARKING WHEN WE ADVISED THEM WE DIDNT DRIVE
-Told we would be reimbursed for parking- but received a second charge instead
- Was offered a PATHETIC 10% refund for our issues
