The service experience was great. Everyone was helpful and professional. I would have rated them a five however after having my car for about a week and a trip to their body shop I find a pair of panties on the floor of my backseat and my passenger seat in a recliner position. My husband called and the manager was respectful and said he would look into it. Still gives me an uneasy feeling but had it not been for that it, they would have been rated higher. As a manager I know you can t always control what happens with your employees but the way it was handled was as professional as it could be.
