We bought the package directly from the hotel's website and traveled here from Taiwan. The hotel transfer from/to the KK airport is included. We stay at the Borneo Garden View and get the ocean view on the second floor, excellent! Although the room is not the latest, we really enjoy the large space and the location. The staffs are all very friendly and helpful. The area here is large to walk around on the 6KM private beach. Lots of green and trees with gardens to wonder as well. The resort is not far from the 1 Borneo Mall, about 10 minutes by car and Grab service. With the service, location, and the facilities, the package from the resort is definitely worth it for families, couples for some relaxing holidays.
